Formation SAS, I.T.G. Conseil SAS, ITG Construction Etudes et Diagnostics SAS, I.T.G. Consultants SAS, Montgomery Conseil SAS, ITG Public, ITG Digital, ITG Executive, ITG Performance, ITG Management et ITG IT (Sociétés Absorbées)<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>par la société INSTITUT DU TEMPS GERE – I.T.G. SAS, étant propriétaire de la totalité des actions des Sociétés Absorbées depuis une date antérieure à celle du dépôt du projet de fusion au greffe du tribunal de commerce de PARIS, la fusion n’a pas entraîné d’augmentation de capital de la société INSTITUT DU TEMPS GERE – I.T.G.
