Du seul fait de la réalisation de la fusion, la SICAV « ALLIANZ MULTI ACTIONS MONDE » a été dissoute, sans liquidation. <br /> La Société Absorbée sera radiée du greffe du Tribunal des Activités Economiques de Paris.</p>
